Stockholm, Sweden - Net Insight, the leading provider in live streaming, media transport and resource scheduling, announces Trippel Media as a customer on Sye

The transaction is effective from today. As announced on December 17, 2019, Net Insight signed an agreement to divest the Streaming Solution business area (Sye). Net Insight’s Streaming Solutions business area incorporates the Sye business and the business area operates on an independent basis. As a result, the effects on the rest of Net Insight Sye generated less than $2M in revenue for Net Insight in 2019 and Amazon was their largest customer making up the majority of their revenue. Net Insight disclosed that to date, they had “invested around $22.9M” in the product. About 30 employees and consultants have been transferred to Amazon in the deal.
